Consider is an HR software company which uses active matching technology to help companies surface the best possible candidates no matter where they live on the web. Consider’s product scans everything from online resumes, social profiles, code repositories (e.g. GitHub), and online publications (e.g. scientific and academic journals) to identify potential candidates that meet existing job postings. In addition, Consider is able to scan resumes from past applicants, making it possible to discover passive candidates, and drive candidate referrals. Consider has also built integrations with Greenhouse and Slack, which allows companies to seamlessly source candidates and generate references all within Slack.
