BuildOps is a SaaS platform that supports the many businesses that service commercial real estate, such as plumbers, electricians or large-scale HVAC companies. Currently, these businesses run on-premises software that is expensive, troublesome, and lacking in almost every modern cloud-based feature. The BuildOps platform brings it all together, incorporating ‘head-office’ tasks like scheduling and billing, with ‘in the field’ challenges like tracking technicians and ensuring they have the parts they need to do their work.
