Boh

Boh is a restaurant back-of-house management solution that provides kitchen compliance through a marketplace of Boh Pros.  The Boh marketplace connects restaurants to services such as Hood Cleaning, Grease Trap Maintenance, Pest Control, and more so that the restaurant is able to outsource compliance to Boh and not deal with individual service providers.  The Boh founder, Bruce Melgar, built the compliance management platform out of a decade of experience of growing his own kitchen service business.
